Our adopted ginger, saved from the local animal shelter, celebrated his eleventh anniversary with us last weekend. I think most cats thrive on human company and ours is no exception. He was so ill earlier this year that we had wondered if he would make it past his anniversary and he now he seems to be improving on a daily basis. What a wonderful tail, Gwen.
